Juniors U10-U12
The Juniors play in the Sydney Juniors Rugby Union Competition on Friday nights – this is a Sydney-wide competition.
The U10, U11 and U12 age groups are Pathway age groups…this means that there must be an equal number of players in each team on the field.
The minimum numbers are:
9 for a 12 a side game and 11 for a 15 a side game.
If a team has 9 players in the 10s or 11s (11 players in the 12s) it is NOT a forfeit but the opposition MUST lend players to ensure equal numbers and the numbers should be maximised…ie if the opposition has enough “spares” then play a full quota of player. THIS GIVES EVERYONE MAXIMUM GAME TIME!
