Our Age Managers:
- Oversee the entire age group, coordinating with team managers and coaches.
- Communicate committee updates and escalates age-specific issues.
- Committee or club level messaging and engagement
- Runs cross-Age Group events like Gala days, competitions etc where we are sending a harlequins Clovelly team etc
- Acts as first call of issues, before escalation to the Committee
